Aqueduct Falls, aka The Cascades, between Newhall and San Fernando, 1914. The Cascades opened a year earlier, marking the completion of William Mulholland's importation of Owens Valley water to Los Angeles.Photo taken during a June 1914 auto tour by persons unknown, who traveled from Los Angeles to Lake Tahoe by way of Sacramento in a 1910 Ford and a 1911 Maxwell.
