Newhall, Calif. July 25, 1923. This being the regular meeting night of the Board of Directors of the Newhall Chamber of Commerce a few of the directors gathered at the Masonic Club Rooms.
As there was not a quorum present there was no meeting held and the Secretary was instructed to notify the members of the Board that a meeting of the Board would be held at this place on August 1st at 8 o'clock P.M.[Approved]
