Newhall, Calif. Aug. 1, 1923. Special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Newhall Chamber of Commerce called to order at 8.30 P.M. in the Masonic Club Rooms by President Swall.
Directors Swall, Lamkin, Miller, Carr, Harker, Thibaudeau, Pilcher and Doty present.
A great deal of discussion took place in regard to forming a water district.
The Secretary was instructed to write to the Chamber of Commerce of Norwalk asking about their experience in putting in their water system and also to several consulting engineers.
The meeting was adjourned to Aug. 8th at usual time and place.[Approved]
