Newhall, Calif. April 11, 1923.
Regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Newhall
Chamber of Commerce called to order at 9:45 P.M. in Hap-a-lan Hall by Chairman Swall.
Directors Carr, Lamkin, McMannus, Miller, Swall, Pilcher, Harker,
Riedel and Thibaudeau present.
Motion passed that the Hammond Lumber Company's bill for
material used in repairing the Fire Trailer House be paid.
Motion passed that P.C. Miller be asked to outline Fire Protection
District and report at next meeting.
Motion passed authorizing the Decoration Committee to hire the
decorating of the town for Rodeo Week for the sum of $40.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned to April 25th
at 8 P.M. in Masonic Hall.
