Betty Arline Hanlon


Betty Arline Hanlon, of Newhall CA.died Feb, 5, 2016. She was born March 9, 1926 in Bordeaux Wyoming.

Betty, daughter of Paul and Gladys Morey, passed away at Silvergate Retirement Community in Fallbrook, Ca. after a long battle with congestive heart failure.

Betty was the loving wife of Leo F. Hanlon from 1947 to his passing in 1986.

Betty is survived by daughter Carol Hanlon Stucker, son Daniel Hanlon, sister Francis Birge, brothers Ronald and Larry Morey. She is also survived by three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Betty worked as a secretary at Warren Air Force Base, Hobbs School, Wyoming State Capitol In Cheyenne prior to moving to California in 1966 where she worked at Lochheed until her retirement in 1982.

Betty was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A viewing will be held this Friday Feb,12 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 24915 Peachland St. Newhall Ca. 91321. Services will follow at 11AM. Her final resting place will be Eternal Valley Memorial Park 23287 N. Sierra Highway, Newhall, CA. 91321
