Tataviam Indian artifact (possibly a trade item) found during the 1970 UCLA dig at Elderberry Canyon. Today the site is underneath Castaic Lake.On display at the Pyramid Lake Visitors Center, where the description (probably by SCV historian Jerry Reynolds) reads as follows: "Canoe-shaped Cup Blue Steatite (Santa Catalina Variety). It may have been of decorative or ceremonial significance."
