Paul Palmer, the taller of the two boys, became a Los Angeles-area attorney and moved to Sand Canyon
in 1939. He was father to Paula (Palmer) Cox, wife of Sand Canyon resident Clement Kenneth Cox. Paul's
mother, Laura White Palmer, at right, grew up in South Dakota, a neighbor the Ingolls family of
"Little House on the Prairie" fame. Paul's father, Abram, is at far left; second from left is
Paul's little brother, Theodore.
